Danielle Wright grew up riding bulldozers and walking job sites in her late father’s construction company. Today, she is president and CEO of Right Choice Development and Construction, a rapidly growing commercial construction firm founded in 2016. Right Choice Development and Construction is a Certified City of Houston Women Business Enterprise and operates within the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Federal Contracting Program. In 2019, the company was named in GC Magazine among the Best Tenant Improvement (office) Contractors in Houston. In 2023, GC Magazine listed Right Choice among the Best Retail Contractors in Houston, Texas. Danielle sits on the board of the Katy Area Economic Development Council as Vice Chair and is a member of the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council, the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA). She is active in the Fulshear-Katy Area Chamber of Commerce.
