Who Is Paying the Co-Conspirators’ Lawyer Johnny Sutton in the Paxton Impeachment Trial?

Coup-conspirator Darin McCarty has not paid his attorney, Jonny Sutton, and has not even signed a lawyer client agreement. Neither have the other eight co-conspirators. Let that sink in. Who is financing Attorney Johnny Sutton?

Johnny Sutton was appointed by George W. Bush to serve as Federal Prosecutor of the Southern District of Texas. He is now in private practice and has been the attorney for the eight co-conspirators who opposed Paxton since September of 2020.

The co-conspirators have not signed an attorney client contract with Sutton. Sutton has not charged them a retainer fee or legal fees. Let that sink in. Who is paying Sutton?

There are no coincidences in Austin.

What forces are behind the Paxton Impeachment? It seems reasonable to think that someone friendly with the Bush political machine or with Abbott or Dick Weekly (TLR) is underwriting the legal fees. It is easy to hide this.
