Chef Crutchfield has loved food for over 50 years! He loves to sell food, cook food, and of course eat food. As the grandson and great-grandson of chefs he comes to this love of food naturally. It is literally in his blood!

He has worked as a supermarket clerk, and years ago even worked one holiday season as a temp for Honey Baked Hams. He served on the board of directors of a Christian social services agency which operates a food bank, which gives him yet another perspective on the food world.

Robert graduated from the Pre-Comis Course at WorldChefs Academy. He has also completed the Masters of Beef Advocacy 2.0 Program through the National Cattleman’s Beef Council, and is BQA Cow/Calf Certified. His training also includes the Ranch to Table Program sponsored by Agri-Beef, among others. His favorite cuisines include Breakfast, Tex-Mex, Italian, and Barbecue. He was an attendee at the 2020 American Culinary Federation Virtual National Convention.
