The Federal Bureau of Investigation has been refashioning the narrative of January 6 to preserve it as a mirage of right-wing militancy. Such dishonesty has become even more apparent with recent revelations of the FBI’s tactics in destroying and fabricating evidence, in order to implicate innocent Americans who have had no part in the riots that ensued that day. The National Constitutional Law Union has come forth with shocking news of the nation’s top federal policing body having acted in contravention of civilians’ rights and wellbeing.

The National Constitutional Law Union is a centrist, nonpartisan union of lawyers who represent interests on both sides of the political divide. According to its now-famous mission statement, the Union’s General Counsel, John M. Pierce advocates for “individuals especially minorities incarcerated for excessive periods of time for drug-related crimes” and helps with “minority rights, including rights of those who identify as LGBTQ” – these are recognizably left-wing causes. But the Union also has right-leaning positions, such as Pierce’s stance against “human trafficking, including without limitation unaccompanied minors being trafficked across international borders” and his emphasis on “election integrity and transparency in government.”

Pierce’s worldview is ostensibly pro-life, and his efforts as a lawyer in recent years have focused on court and legal processes to provide safeguards for womb life. He also believes the protests on January 6, 2021 were peaceful to begin with, but hijacked, and that innocent Americans need the legal representation his team (NCLU) is uniquely equipped to provide. “The National Constitutional Law Union is a non-profit social welfare organization,” the Union declares, and “its mission is to preserve and protect the United States Constitution and the American way of life by providing legal support and funding.”

John M. Pierce is a trial lawyer and also the Founder and Managing Partner of John Pierce Law, “a constitutional, civil liberties and award-winning business litigation law firm.” His goal for the NCLU he helped build is to organize “an army of attorneys” who will fight for “all Americans against government oppression.”

“The NCLU … will stand up for the individual liberties of all American citizens, regardless of political persuasion,” says Pierce. According to Newsweek, “he also previously worked with Democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard” and has said that he will represent the “civil liberties of all Americans, right, left, and center.”

The FBI Ordered the Destruction of More Than 300 Pieces of Evidence

An important case the NCLU is fighting is Criminal File 21-52, United States of America v. Dominic Pezzola (2021) in which the government claims that a significant number of items in Proud Boys member Dominic Pezzola’s digital storage comprised “detailed instructions for making homemade firearms, poisons, or explosives.” The Proud Boys is a social club that describes itself as a “pro-Western fraternity for men who refuse to apologize for creating the modern world.” While dramatic in its rhetoric, the Proud Boys movement has reiterated its aversion to violence, according to the NCLU legal team, and that the riots on January 6 were not the work of Proud Boys and Trump supporters.

On March 9, 2023, nearly two years later, court officials heard declassified evidence that revealed FBI agents had been altering and destroying evidence related to January 6.

“There are a couple of emails between FBI agents casually discussing altering a document, and destroying hundreds of pieces of evidence,” says an attorney with John Pierce Law, “It’s very disturbing and right now we have more questions than answers.”

FBI agent Nicole Miller testified in verification of these revelations on March 8, 2023. She explained to court officials that the FBI had asked her to destroy at least three hundred and thirty-eight pieces of evidence related to the innocence of Dominic Pezzola.

These revelations come at about the same time as video evidence showing that the violence on

January 6, 2021 was planned in advance by the radical Left and part of a collaborative effort between law enforcement and political masters. Jacob Chansley has become a familiar national name particularly with the unmasking of his covert efforts as a political underling of the radical Left. The video evidence has helped the NCLU obtain a pause from the courts in the Pezzola trial.

The government has also “illegally monitored communications between at least one attorney and his January 6 defendant,” writes Pierce in a recent email circular to his fans, “Right now, NCLU is fighting for Dominic (Pezzola) and 33 other patriots who are getting railroaded by Joe Biden’s rotten Department of Justice.”
